Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our product, please notify us immediately.

As the goods are perishable, we are unable to accept returns, but may be able to assist in rectifying any problem you may have.

Gift vouchers are unfortunately not able to be returned, but may be transferred to someone else. Where possible, please notify us of such a transfer so that we can ensure that no duplications are made.


Refunds (if applicable)
If we are unable to rectify the problem, we may offer a refund at our discretion. This will be dependent on the problem being reported as soon as the goods have been received, and an investigation having been done to determine the cause of the problem.
