SHIPPING

Self-collection (Port Elizabeth only)

It's Cookie Time! orders can be collected from Penny Lane at Moffett on Main Lifestyle Centre, in 17th Avenue, Walmer, Port Elizabeth. You may request that someone (including a courier arranged by yourself) collect the parcel on your behalf. Please provide your order confirmation when collecting your parcel.

Should you need to travel with the order or should you arrange your own courier to collect the parcel, please let us know via email info@itscookietime.co.za, so that we ensure your goods are packed appropriately.

Local Delivery (Limited areas in Port Elizabeth)

We do offer local delivery to some areas in Port Elizabeth, at a rate of R60 per delivery, regardless of the size of the order.

Shipping (everywhere else in South Africa)

Unfortunately, we no longer ship throughout South Africa. You are, however, welcome to arrange your own courier to collect your order on your behalf. We do not take any responsibility for breakages should you use this option.
